Return & Complaint Policy

Our commitment

At Spirit Women’s Wellness, we aim to ensure a seamless experience for our customers and vendors. This policy outlines the steps and guidelines for handling returns, complaints, and service delivery.

Customer Complaint Window

  • Customers have 72 hours from the time of delivery (for products) or the service booking date to file a complaint.
  • After this window, the vendor’s payment will be processed, and the transaction is considered final.

Product Returns

  • Each vendor may have their own shop-specific return or exchange policy. Please review the vendor’s policy before purchasing. Platform Intervention: The platform will only mediate if:
  • The product received is significantly different from the description or images provided.
  • The product is defective or damaged beyond reasonable expectations.

Service-Based Transactions

  • Vendors offering services (e.g., coaching, wellness sessions) are required to deliver their service within the same month the customer has booked, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
  • Customers should report any discrepancies in the service provided within 72 hours of the scheduled session.

Complaint Process

  1. Contact the Vendor
    • For most issues, we recommend reaching out to the vendor directly using the contact details provided in their shop profile.
  2. File a Complaint with the Platform
    • If the issue is unresolved or the product/service is vastly different from what was promised, contact us within 72 hours.
    • Provide supporting evidence, such as photos, receipts, or a description of the issue.
  3. Resolution Process
    • We will review your complaint and, if valid, work with you and the vendor to resolve the issue promptly.

Vendor-Specific Policies

  • Vendors may have policies that differ from ours regarding returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Customers are encouraged to review these before completing their purchase.

Exclusions

  • The platform does not handle cases of minor dissatisfaction (e.g., preference for a different color, minor delays).
