FAQs
Can I buy from multiple vendors at the same time?
You need a separate order for each vendor. However you can bundle your order from an individual vendor and save on shipping costs.
What if what I ordered is NOT what I receive?
Once you receive your order you have 72 hours to lodge any complaints. We do not release the payment to the vendor until a customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy, you can lodge a complaint and email the vendor. We will also communicate with the vendor to try resolve the issue. If no solution is reached, we will refund you excluding shipping fees.
There are no refunds on all digital products.
How long does shipping take?
The shipping schedule will depend on the vendor and the item being purchased. However for simple products all vendors MUST ship out at least once a week. Please make sure that your vendor supplies you with a tracking number. You can email us if you are having trouble getting a tracking number from your vendor and we will follow up.
What if I book a service and there is no availability?
All service based business/vendors have to deliver a first touch base service within a month of your booking. This is dependent on the coaches availability. If a service business cancels without warning, please notify us- as this is not acceptable on the platform and repeat offenders will be banned. If you cancel without adhering to the vendor’s cancellation policy, please note your payment will NOT be refunded in this instance.
